French arithmetic

The unemployed hacks at Rue89.com ask the burning question: "How many 9-11s a month take place in Iraq?" I'm not sure of the number, but I'm sure it will be revised downward if Obama wins the Presidency (whether the US pulls out of Iraq or not).
